ESTIMATION EXECUTIVE

JOB LOCATION : Pimpri, Pune, Maharashtra

Role Competencies:

- Understanding of engineering drawings (Reading of drawing and visualise items)
- Proficiency of using Auto Cad / Solid Works - 2D & 3D engineering software’s
- Volumetric calculations (Weight calculations from 2D drawings)
- Knowledge of machining, Tools & Dies, gauges etc and its cost calculations
- Familiarity of materials and its properties

**Drawing study & weight calculation & estimation**
- Feed location + riser selection/design based on component geometry.
- Required changes like geometrical tol. As well as casting tol. Based on our process to inform customer.
- To work out die cost + core + setting fixture

To work out machining price.

**Technical support to marketing team**
- Co-ordinate new item code booking
- Making of die intimation notes.
- Support making blanket sales order for new items

Participating CFT meeting at plant before start of new development

**Purchase order processing**
- To guide T/C & special remark to mention in w/o.
- Raise the DMN export
- Correspondence on DMN
- Attending CFT meeting & verbal discussion
- To send quotation
- To send mail/ letter quotation for Export parties

Update actual data in item master after receipt of the PRC copy. If need have to Re
- estimate & forward to sale to take necessary action.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
