Are you a skilled Project Estimator with experience in Canadian drawings and a strong grasp of construction contracts? If so, we're looking for you Our company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Estimator to join our team and help us accurately assess project costs and ensure our construction projects are executed efficiently.

Can you handle Canadian Project Estimation job from start to finish?

Do you have experience in Online Bidding and Contracting for Candadian Construction Company?

**Responsibilities**:
**Estimate Project Costs**: Utilize your expertise in Canadian drawings to accurately estimate costs for construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.

**Construction Contract Knowledge**: Understand and interpret construction contracts, ensuring that estimates align with contractual obligations and requirements.

**Bid Portal Management**: Efficiently handle bid portals and submissions, tracking and managing all bid-related documents and communications.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the project management and procurement teams to ensure alignment in project estimates and budgets.

**Cost Analysis**: Analyze historical data and market trends to improve cost forecasting and competitiveness in bidding processes.

**Accuracy and Detail**: Pay meticulous attention to detail to produce accurate and reliable estimates.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Project Estimator with a strong focus on Canadian construction drawings.
- Knowledge of construction contracts and the ability to interpret legal documents.
- Familiarity with bid portals and experience in managing bids.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for estimation.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
