If your answer is "YES" then you are at the right place. **Responsibilities**: **Estimate Project Costs**: Utilize your expertise in Canadian drawings to accurately estimate costs for construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors. **Construction Contract Knowledge**: Understand and interpret construction contracts, ensuring that estimates align with contractual obligations and requirements. **Bid Portal Management**: Efficiently handle bid portals and submissions, tracking and managing all bid-related documents and communications. **Collaboration**: Work closely with the project management and procurement teams to ensure alignment in project estimates and budgets. **Cost Analysis**: Analyze historical data and market trends to improve cost forecasting and competitiveness in bidding processes. **Accuracy and Detail**: Pay meticulous attention to detail to produce accurate and reliable estimates. **Requirements**: - Proven experience as a Project Estimator with a strong focus on Canadian construction drawings. - Knowledge of construction contracts and the ability to interpret legal documents. - Familiarity with bid portals and experience in managing bids. - Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for estimation. - Strong analytical and mathematical skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
