OM Books is a fully integrated publisher, distributor and retailer of Christian resources in South East Asia. Based in Hyderabad, India, the not-for-profit company aims to produce quality products to resource the Christian Community.

**Responsibilities**:
IT purchasing administrator, specifically around Information technology equipment, software and services suppliers
- Establishing Vendor relationships.
- Coordinating with suppliers to place orders and delivery.
- Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions of contracts with Vendors.
- Follow up on AMC’s.
- Coordinating with Suppliers for any repairs.
- Gather and analyse user requirements internally, Send in IT recommendation to users.
- Process Purchase orders.
- Monitor inventory supplies.
- Processing invoice payments with Finance.
- Generating Asset ID sequence for IT Assets

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office
- Administration skills.
- To be thorough and pay attention to detail.

- Sensitivity and understanding.

- Excellent verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

- Any Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 2-3 years purchasing / inventory administration experience.
- Independent time management team player
- Strong IT & systems knowledge

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
