**Telesales Executive Job Description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers.
- Stay updated and introduce and explain Sky Education’s educational products and services.
- Answer inquiries and provide detailed information about courses, programs, and admission procedures.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in educational policies.

**Requirements**:

- Any technical support experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [English & Hindi].
- Ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Goal-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets.

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) (preferred)
- Any Bachelor’s Degree ( Completed or Pursuing)


**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
