Project Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document project requirements.
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion.
- **Coordinate with internal multiple teams to ensure proper execution and timely delivery of projects, which will require significant coordination and critical thinking.**
- Conduct regular meetings with the development team and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Analyze project data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the development team in understanding project requirements and priorities.
- Prepare project documentation, including reports, presentations, and status updates.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
- Assist in risk management and issue resolution.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of interactive development processes is a plus.
