We specialise in portrait photography and work with top schools, management institutes, individuals and corporations in Mumbai. **Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Prepare internal and external documents for team members and industry partners
- Must know vendor management, E-commerce purchases, Filing and Documentation work
- Must have Vendor negotiation skills
- Manage and track office petty cash, and must know basic accounting
- Must be able to track office stock and stationery
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and client
- Managing Peons, supplies, stock, repair & maintenance and asset management
**Qualifications and skills**:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Admin Executive reporting directly to senior management
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
- Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and detailed oriented
- Fluency in English is a must
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
