Goposhtik is a dynamic startup that focuses on providing an assortment of plant-based foods while honouring traditional Indian wisdom surrounding food. Goposhtik is being incubated as a health and nutrition brand by Gopala Sweets.

Gopala sweets is renowned in the Delhi NCR market for its low-sugar rasgulla, creamy paneer, and a wide array of sweets, savouries, dairy, and bakery products. Running over 40+ stores in Delhi NCR - Gopala caters to roughly 300,000 orders on a monthly basis.

Building on the consumer loyalty and goodwill of Gopala - Goposhtik seeks to build a discerning and loyal customer base of its own and be the most loved health and nutrition brand in the country in the years to come.

**Position Overview**:
Goposhtik is seeking a talented and creative intern to work directly with the Head of the Business. This individual will collaborate closely with the Head of the business to drive growth and operational efficiency initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the head of the business to develop and execute growth strategies aimed at expanding market presence and customer base.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and market penetration.
- Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Work on operational improvement projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across various business functions.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Support in the development of partnerships and collaborations to drive business growth.
- Maintain a can-do attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving to achieve desired results.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Previous experience or coursework in growth marketing, business development, or operations is a plus.

**Duration and Compensation**:

- This is a 3-month internship position.
- The internship stipend will be Rs. 25,000.
- Successful performance during the internship period may lead to a full-time role.
