Join us as we co-create the future of conscious technology.Read more here: LinkedIn PostWho are we looking for:- A passionate learner who enjoys analyzing data and solving real-world business challenges. - Someone with strong logical thinking, curiosity, and an experimental mindset. - Comfortable working with Excel/Sheets, data dashboards, or product analytics tools. - Excellent communication and coordination skills with attention to detail. - A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Top 3 Daily Tasks:- Analyze user insights and growth data to identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Collaborate with product, design, and strategy teams to brainstorm and execute growth ideas. - Support the development of frameworks and reports that track engagement, adoption, and retention metrics.Minimum Qualifications:- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field. - Strong interest in growth strategy, analytics, and product optimization. - Ability to learn quickly and take ownership of small projects.Top 5 Skills You Should Possess:- Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving - Data Interpretation & Reporting - Curiosity and Research Skills - Collaboration & Coordination - Strategic ThinkingWhat You’ll Be Expected to Do:- Support growth experiments focused on improving product reach and user engagement. - Conduct research to understand market trends, competitors, and user needs. - Build dashboards, reports, or frameworks to measure key growth metrics. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable outcomes. - Identify potential areas for operational or product improvements through data-driven insights.Bonus Points For:- Prior internship or project experience in growth, analytics, or product strategy. - Familiarity with wearable technology, AI-driven systems, or immersive tech. - Enthusiasm for exploring how technology can shape human learning and growth.
