**Job Summary**:
The **Furnace Supervisor** will manage the operation and maintenance of furnaces and extrusion lines in our Raipur facility, ensuring high efficiency, product quality, and strict adherence to safety standards. This role requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills, with a focus on optimizing processes and leading a team effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise Operations**: Oversee daily furnace and extrusion line operations, ensuring smooth and efficient production.
- **Team Management**: Lead and train a team of operators, ensuring safety, productivity, and quality.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor product quality during heating and extrusion processes, ensuring specifications are met.
- **Maintenance Management**: Coordinate routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime.
- **Safety**: Enforce safety protocols, conduct training, and ensure a safe working environment.
- **Process Optimization**: Identify performance improvements, implement process enhancements to boost efficiency.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance, and safety checks.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma; technical certification or degree preferred.
- **Experience**: 5-8 years in furnace operation and extrusion processes.
- **Skills**: Strong technical knowledge of furnace systems, leadership, team management, and safety compliance.

**Working Conditions**:

- Work in an industrial environment with exposure to high temperatures.
- Compliance with safety regulations and PPE use is mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
