**Field Auditor Job Description**

**Job Title**: Field Auditor
**Location**: Chennai, Hyderabad

**Job Type**: Part-time/Contract
**Reports To**: Audit Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Field Auditor is responsible for conducting on-site audits, assessing financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and identifying areas for operational improvement. This role requires frequent travel to various locations to evaluate internal controls, verify accuracy in financial transactions, and provide recommendations for risk mitigation and efficiency enhancement.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Audit & Compliance**:

- Conduct field audits at company locations, client sites, or branches.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Identify discrepancies, fraud risks, and non-compliance issues.

**Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations.
- Present audit conclusions to management and relevant stakeholders.

**Process Improvement**:

- Recommend corrective actions and process enhancements.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.

**Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Work closely with internal teams, external auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Provide training and guidance on compliance matters when necessary.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree or minimum higher secondary.

**Experience**:

- 1-3+ years of auditing, accounting, or compliance experience.
- Experience with field audits, risk assessments, or forensic accounting is preferred.
- Freshers are also welcome with proper resources.

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently.

**Work Environment & Travel**:

- Frequent travel to different company locations, client sites, or field offices.
- May require extended working hours during audit periods.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,537.27 - ₹35,387.54 per month

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
