- Implement cash and carry system in wholesale and institution segments.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company through various schemes and promotions.
- Educate customers about new schemes aimed at achieving sales targets for each segment.
- Visit modern trade, institutional sales points, and wholesale outlets with company brochures, sample products, and agreements for customer appointments.
- Communicate company margins and schemes to all customers.
- Actively seek new customers in each segment.
- Address customer complaints within 48 hours to build trust and loyalty.
- Prepare and submit all relevant MIS reports to the reporting manager on time.
