QUANTITY SURVEYOR

1 PREDESIGN Site visit for due diligence or to collect all documents from designer pertaining to BOQ and quantities

2 DESIGN DEVELOPMENT Need to be part of overall design concept presentation related to usage(quantity) of material & need to cross check the specification used in design presentation. Cross check new items implemented which were not part of BOQ Detailed BOQ to be prepared and to have physical discussion with Designer, MEP Team and Costing (Ensure value engineering is done)

3 DESIGN DOCUMENTATION Procurement, costing & project team need to validate the BOQ, and identify BOQ materials for value engineering and same to be escalated to design team

4 PLANNING Has to prepare IGFC BOQ considering all the details mentioned in the provided GFC Portfio after receiving the on site IGFC BOQ from Project team. Has to evaluate and cross check for the exceeding items and quantity variation between tender BOQ and IGFC BOQ and has to receive the deviating quantity details and reason from project team Need to submit the quantity variation between BOQ & IGFC for each packages only to Costing after reviewing alongside with Project architect and Department Head

5 CONSTRUCTION Has to be aware of the project status and prepare any additional required quantity BOQ and circulate it to Department head & Costing

6 EXECUTION STAGE QUALITY CHECK "Stage-4
- Installation of 2nd side boarding in gypsum partition but before starting of jointing tape.
- Installation of gypsum ceiling but before starting of jointing tape, verify the quantity for deviations with IGFC" "Stage-6
- After final completion and before handover, cross check the quantities and start coordinating with the site to close the AS-Built BOQ"

7 POST CONSTRUCTION After coordinate with VM & Project, design team need to submit the As-Built Qty to commercial. Need to provide justification for the change in quantity (plus / minus).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
