Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy Development:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Identify trends and insights to optimize spending and performance based on data analysis.

2. Content Creation and Management:
Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality visuals and written content.

3. SEO and SEM:
Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.

Plan and execute PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and budget management.

4. Social Media Management:
Develop and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries, and manage social media advertising campaigns.

6. Analytics and Reporting:
Use digital analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.

Analyze data to gain insights into campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for optimization.

7. Website Management:
Oversee the maintenance and updating of the company website, ensuring it is optimized for user experience and SEO.

Work with web developers to implement new features and enhancements.

8. Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives.

Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

9. Staying Current:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and technology.

Attend industry events, webinars, and training sessions to continuously improve skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
