**Job Description: Sales Officer - Tiles and Sanitary Segment**
**Position**: Sales Officer

**Reports to**: Sales Manager/Regional Manager
**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
- **Market Development**:
- Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and retailers.
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors to drive product adoption.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Regularly visit dealers and distributors to ensure stock availability and proper product display.
- Address customer queries and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- **Product Promotion and Awareness**:
- Organize product demonstrations, events, and training sessions for dealers, retailers, and influencers.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and convey key features and benefits to customers effectively.
- **Market Analysis and Reporting**:
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and consumer trends.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management.
- **Inventory and Collection Management**:
- Ensure adequate stock levels at dealer/distributor points and assist in managing inventory.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the tiles, sanitary ware, or building materials industry.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under mínimal supervision.
- Familiarity with market dynamics in the tiles and sanitary ware segment.
**Key Competencies**
- Strong sales acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
