We’re looking for a motivated Lead Generation & Admission Executive to join our dynamic team and support our mission to make quality learning accessible.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate and qualify leads from various sources including inquiries, marketing campaigns, and webinars
- Guide potential students through the admission process from first contact to enrollment
- Meet and exceed monthly admission/enrollment targets
- Assist in planning and executing webinars and other promotional activities
- Maintain accurate records of leads and admissions using Excel or CRM tools

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or EdTech admissions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up and closing skills

**Preferred Skills**
- Prior experience in EdTech, training institutes, or educational sales

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,649.40 - ₹37,057.09 per month
