**Sales and Marketing**: Promoting and selling SBI Life Insurance products to potential customers.
Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various channels such as personal networks, referrals, cold calling.
Conducting presentations and meetings with prospective clients to explain the benefits and features of different insurance policies.
Creating and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.

**Client Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their insurance needs are met.
Providing excellent customer service by addressing client queries, concerns, and claims processing assistance.
Regularly reviewing and assessing clients' insurance needs to recommend appropriate policy adjustments or additional coverage.

**Product Knowledge**: Staying up-to-date with SBI Life Insurance's product offerings, policy terms, and industry regulations.
Continuously updating knowledge about changes and updates in the insurance industry.

**Compliance**: Ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies in the selling of insurance products.
Accurate documentation and record-keeping of all client interactions and transactions.

**Sales Reporting**: Providing regular sales reports and updates to the branch or team manager.
Tracking and reporting on sales targets and goals.

**Training and Development**: Participating in training programs and workshops provided by SBI Life Insurance to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

**Net working**:Building a network of potential clients through social and professional connections.
Attending industry events and conferences to expand the client base.

**Networking boratian**: Collaborating with colleagues and team members to achieve collective sales goals and share best practices.

**Goal Achievement**: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas set by SBI Life Insurance.
