We are urgently seeking an experienced Call Centre Executive for our UK based operations

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Track record of meeting targets and supporting team success

Basic computer proficiency.

Work Location: Kochi

Ready to work in UK shift (Most probably 2.00 PM IST to 11 PM IST)

Compliance and Quality:
Adhere to established call center protocols, scripts, and quality standards.

Monitor performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and adherence to guidelines.

Participate in regular quality assurance reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Escalation and Collaboration:
Identify complex issues that require escalation to superiors.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns effectively.

**Salary**: 20,000-25,000 (Monthly)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- UK shift
