**Responsibilities**:
The job requires an individual who can understand business requirements, assess the fitment with current and emerging technologies, and work within a team to provide effective results. Such individuals will possess great problem solving and analytical skills. As a member of the R&D team, you will:

- Develop software and maintain existing products for worldwide enterprise customers of Micro Focus Software.
- Contribute towards every step of product development including development, unit testing, functional testing and documentation aligning with the agile software development methodology and practices.
- Contribute towards innovation and research in new technologies including open source.
- Collaborate with others in R&D teams, consult and work on roadmap items
- Maintain an eye towards product quality and implement industry best practices.
- Develop domain and programming skills to address the product suite requirements
- Focus on simplicity, enterprise readiness and usability while designing and developing new features.

**Eligibility Criteria to Apply**
- 71% Aggregate in all semester or 7.5 out of 10 CGPA minimum
- B.E./B.Tech: CS/ECE/IS/IT branches and MCA
