**_Responsibilities:_**
Apprentice includes students working at hp who are enrolled in apprenticeship programs in association with their university. Typically used in countries where specialized apprenticeship programs exist. College Interns are university students who are working at hp during their study or in summer breaks between university semesters. College Intern is only used in selected countries where it is not the practice to differentiate based on academic year completed.
- ** Project Planning**: Develop project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, budget, and resource allocation.
- ** Communication**: Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties. This includes regular status updates, meetings, and addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
- ** Quality Assurance**: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations. This may involve implementing quality control processes and conducting regular reviews or audits.
- ** Timeline Management**: Monitor project timelines and deadlines to ensure that milestones are being met and the project stays on track.
- ** Problem Solving**: Address any issues or conflicts that arise during the project, finding solutions and keeping the project moving forward.
- ** Closure**: Close out the project by ensuring that all deliverables have been met, final documentation is completed, and any remaining tasks or issues are resolved.
**Your Profile/**_Education and Experience Required:_**
- Enrolled in University and able to undergo a minimum of 2-month internship
- Bachelor Degree / Finance & Accounting / Business Administration
- Independent with a positive attitude, strong willingness to discover and learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Good knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint
