**As the Senior Counsel - Disputes and Regulatory Affairs, you will**:
Responsible for handling Gameskraft’s litigation across India. You will be responsible for handling litigation strategy for existing and potential cases including criminal investigations. This will include engagement with external counsels, drafting pleadings and advising business on risk mitigation.

**What we expect you will bring to the table**:

- Minimum 7 years’ Post Qualification Experience (PQE) from a reputed law school or university in India.- Admitted to practice law in India.-
- Experience as a chamber counsel or in the litigation team of a law firm or a reputed corporate (preferably in the tech sector) is essential.-
- Strong knowledge of criminal law and experience in leading conversations with law enforcement agencies across India.-
- Strong legal drafting skills and experience of appearing before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and lower courts.-
- Knowledge of Kannada or Tamil or Telugu is an advantage but not a must.-
- Experience in partnering with business executives, demonstrating the ability and desire to get involved in building unique products.-
- Demonstrated ability to advise in legal environments where laws may be unclear or under development.-
- Coordinate with external counsels and travel to locations across India.-
- Complete and independent ownership of critical matters and deliver effective results for the Company.- Willing to move to Bangalore, if not already residing in Bangalore.
