**Job Title**: Telemarketing Executive
**Location**: Work From Home
**Reports To**: Sales Manager/Team Lead

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Cold Calling**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list or database.
- Generate leads by identifying and developing relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct cold calling to qualify leads, set appointments, and pitch relevant products or services.
- **Product/Service Presentation**:

- Provide detailed information about the company’s offerings, answering any customer questions.
- Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches to engage and convert prospects into clients.
- **Follow-Up & Customer Engagement**:

- Follow up with prospective leads who have expressed interest in the product/service.
- Maintain continuous communication with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Record details of interactions, sales, and conversations in CRM systems.
- **Sales Closure**:

- Handle objections effectively and overcome them to close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Convert qualified leads into customers through persistent follow-up and communication.
- **Database & Documentation Management**:

- Maintain an updated customer database with detailed notes from calls and meetings.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead generation and conversion metrics.
- Record call outcomes and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns.
- Provide feedback to improve sales techniques, product offerings, and customer communication strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
