**Work Hours**: 9:30 am - 3:00 pm, 6 days a week

**Salary**: INR 15,000 per month

As an Account Opening Executive at Thenmozhi Designs, you will play a crucial role in our finance team, ensuring accurate and efficient management of accounts. This is an in-house position located in Porur, Chennai, where you will be responsible for handling account-related tasks with a focus on maintaining financial accuracy and integrity.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Account Opening**:

- Manage the process of opening new accounts for the company, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Verify and process customer information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary documentation for account opening.

2. **Tally Operations**:

- Utilize Tally software for maintaining and updating financial records.
- Execute daily accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliation, and report generation.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data in Tally.

3. **Documentation**:

- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all account-related documentation.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline documentation processes.

4. **Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proficient knowledge of Tally software.

5. **Skills and Abilities**:

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
