**IMMER ORGANIC** is on a lookout for a highly competitive and trustworthy Client Relationship Executive to help us build and scale up our business activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take incoming customer calls, process sales, and accepts payment for products and services.
- Makes outgoing customer calls or cold calls in order to sell products and services.
- Answers questions about product specifications and pricing.
- To access and study the position of the identified prospects in the company.
- To research different sales options and analyzing them.
- To sell the company's product or services by expanding contacts and further forging relationships with the prospects.
- To recommend solutions to any difficulties faced by the clients.
- To provide proper information, guidance, and support to the clients, there for enhancing relationships with the clients.
- Do recommend new opportunities and improvements for maximizing profits.
- To explain product pricing and negotiate bulk or package pricing.
- Accurately and efficiently updating customer information into company database for mailing and billing purpose.
- To closely study the current market trends for a product and identify enhancements.
- To analyze the competitor brand closely.
- Monitors order status to ensure that clients receive orders in a timely manner.
- To be able to work with the team and achieve the desired results.

**Qualification**:

- Graduation/ MBA in Marketing

**Experience**:

- 0-3 years of experience in sales or marketing

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as Business Development Executive, Sales Representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (MS Excel, MS Word, etc).
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe or explain them to prospects.
- Cool tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
