**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:

- Maintain and update sales databases, spreadsheets, and other records.
- Prepare and distribute sales-related documents such as contracts, proposals, and presentations.
- Manage and organize sales-related correspondence and documentation.

**Order Processing**:

- Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with various departments including inventory, logistics, and finance to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Track orders and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.

**Customer Support**:

- Address customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Provide assistance to sales representatives in managing client relationships.

**Sales Coordination**:

- Assist in the coordination of sales activities such as meetings, conferences, and events.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts as required.

**Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Assist in forecasting sales trends and demand to optimize inventory levels.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Liaise with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with the finance department on invoicing, billing, and payment processing activities.
