Sales Coordinator - Back Office

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with Sales team
- Prepare quotations according to the enquiries received.
- Vendor communication
- Should be able to handle initial inquiries and send quotations/ tenders.
- Should be able to send offer to parties and to take follow-up
- Must be able to utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all sales files available digitally and in hard copy form.
- Coordinate with the sales team daily, analyzing their reports and pushing them for orders by following up on leads.

**Requirements**:

- 1 - 2 Years of Experience is required.
- Must have Excellent communication skills & Telephonic etiquettes with positive attitude.
- Should have strong convincing powers.
- Strong Analytical and Negotiating skills.
- Should be Organized and possess a high level of administration ability.
- Proficient in MS Office Tools.

Job Title: Full Time

Experience: 1to 2 yrs (preferred)

Education: Graduate Science / Bachelor’s BE ( preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Walk-In

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
