**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries generated through PPC campaigns.
- Understand customer travel requirements and provide the best possible flight booking solutions.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Upsell additional services such as baggage, seat selection, or travel insurance.
- Maintain updated knowledge of airline policies, schedules, and fare rules.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain conversion ratios.
- Ensure accurate data entry and booking details in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 6 months-2 years in flight booking sales (B2C preferred).
- **Knowledge**: GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Target-driven with a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle high call volumes.
- **Education**: Graduate or equivalent (Travel/Tourism background preferred).
- **Availability**: Willing to work in shifts if required.
