**Job Purpose**

To provide a key supporting role in Treasury : Borrowing

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Borrowing : Provide supporting role for providing information to lenders, condition precedent to drawdown
- Compliance of RBI regulations in respect of FCY borrowing
- Preparation of Management Reports pertaining to Borrowing
- Preparation of Interest Budget and monthly reconciliation of budget and actuals
- Vendor Financing : Preparation of documentation, verification of interest calculations and liaison with significant vendors

- High level communication skills to enable effective interactions with external entities such as banks and senior management within the company
