Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data security and integrity in financial reporting systems. Banking Operations 1. Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and payment service providers. 2. Oversee all banking activities, including account management, fund transfers, and treasury operations. 3. Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure the organization's financial stability. 4. Negotiate banking terms and conditions to optimize interest rates, fees, and services. 5. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal controls. Leadership and Strategic Planning 1. Lead and mentor teams responsible for MIS and banking operations, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. 2. Develop strategies to optimize financial operations and reduce costs. 3. Collaborate with other departments to align banking and MIS initiatives with organizational goals. 4. Provide strategic insights to senior management on banking and financial technology trends. 5. Set performance goals and monitor departmental progress through key performance indicators (KPIs). Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management 1. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including RBI and other statutory requirements. 2. Develop and implement risk management frameworks for banking and financial systems. 3. Monitor and mitigate risks associated with banking and MIS operations. 4. Conduct regular audits of banking processes and MIS systems to ensure accuracy and security. 5. Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes impacting banking and MIS operations. Experience: - 12+ years of experience in financial management, banking operations, or MIS management. - knowledge of overseas transactions, RBI regulations and FEMA - Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams. - Hands-on experience with financial systems, ERP platforms, and banking technologies. Skills: - Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and compliance requirements. - Proficiency in MIS tools, ERP systems, and financial software. - Expertise in data analytics, reporting, and visualization tools.
