Technical Support: Providing technical assistance to students and faculty members using the computer lab facilities. This involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with network connectivity, and ensuring the proper functioning of equipment.
- Lab Management: Managing the day-to-day operations of the computer lab, including monitoring usage, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and enforcing lab rules and policies.
- Equipment Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance and basic repairs on computer hardware, peripherals, and lab equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- User Assistance: Assisting students and faculty with accessing and utilizing specialized software tools and resources required for their coursework, research projects, and lab activities.
- Training and Orientation: Conducting orientation sessions and training workshops to familiarize users with the lab facilities, equipment, and software resources available. Providing guidance on best practices for using AI-related tools and technologies effectively.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of lab inventory, equipment maintenance schedules, software licenses, and user support requests. Documenting troubleshooting procedures and solutions for common technical issues.
- Security and Compliance: Implementing security measures to protect lab resources, data, and intellectual property. Ensuring compliance with university policies and regulations regarding data privacy, cybersecurity, and ethical use of technology.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with faculty members, researchers, and other lab assistants to support academic and research activities in the AI department. Assisting with the setup and execution of lab experiments, demonstrations, and projects as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for improving lab operations, infrastructure, and services. Providing feedback to departmental leadership on ways to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the computer lab environment.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
