**Job Overview**

We are looking for an **Operations Associate** who can work as a client centric strategist for providing operational support to company’s partnership activities and efforts.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure identification and onboarding of students from the given partner project.
- Building rapport with students; listening to and understanding their concerns related to the product, and reporting on the trends.
- Working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery on projects.

**Qualifications**

Graduation/ Post Graduation

**Requirements**:

- Should be **available in the office** (Mandatory requirement).
- Excellent command of writing, reading, and spoken English
- Minimum 1-year experience
- Excellent active listening and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge. Experience with Excel/google sheets is a plus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
