B2B Partnerships Associate Location: Sector 32, Gurugram (On-site) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are hiring a B2B Partnerships Associate to support our growth by identifying potential partners, building long-term business relationships, and driving strategic collaborations. The ideal candidate is proactive, strong in communication, and passionate about B2B sales and partnerships. Key Responsibilities - Identify and qualify potential B2B partners through LinkedIn, industry platforms, and networks - Manage a strong pipeline of prospects and schedule meetings/demos - Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and presentations - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders - Prepare proposals, partnership decks, and business documents - Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities - Maintain CRM records and track partnership progress - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies - Provide weekly updates on outreach activities and progress Requirements - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Interest or experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development - Good research and analytical thinking - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, or lead generation platforms (preferred) Why Join Us? - Opportunity to work with a fast-paced and growth-driven team - Exposure to end-to-end B2B partnerships and sales strategy - Learning-focused environment with career growth opportunities
