**Junior Legal Research Executive**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough legal research on various topics, including fintech regulations, compliance, data privacy, and intellectual property.
- Analyze and summarize legal precedents, laws, and regulations impacting the fintech industry.
- Stay updated on changes in financial and technological regulatory frameworks, both locally and globally.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts, agreements, NDAs, MoUs, and other legal documents specific to fintech operations.
- Ensure contracts are compliant with legal requirements and meet the company’s objectives.
- Identify potential legal risks in contracts and provide solutions to mitigate them.
- Assist in ensuring the company complies with local and international fintech laws and regulations, including KYC, AML, and data protection laws.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to provide legal support in areas such as licensing and regulatory filings.
- Organize and maintain an internal legal database and ensure all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Prepare reports, briefs, and legal correspondence.
- Work closely with other departments such as operations, finance, and product development to provide legal insights and support.
- Assist senior legal counsel in complex legal projects and tasks.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficient in conducting legal research using legal databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and analyzing case law, statutes, and regulations.
- Strong drafting skills with experience in writing and reviewing contracts, especially within the fintech industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent.
- Additional certifications in fintech law or related areas are a plus.
- 1-2 years of legal experience, preferably in fintech, financial services, or a related industry.
- Experience with contract drafting and legal research is essential.
- Knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements applicable to the fintech industry (e.g., payment regulations, electronic transactions, KYC, AML, data protection).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying legal concepts clearly to non-legal personnel.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills for managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to identify potential legal risks and propose practical solutions to address them.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1.00 - ₹2.00 per month
