Legal Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, including contract creation, negotiation, execution, amendments, and termination.
- Review contracts and extract relevant data points, including key terms, obligations, pricing, deliverables, milestones, and termination provisions.
- Utilize specialized tools and techniques to extract structured and unstructured data from contracts.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure contract compliance.
- Identify and assess potential risks and issues within contracts, such as non-compliance, intellectual property rights, confidentiality, and dispute resolution.
- Assist in negotiating contractual terms and conditions with vendors, clients, and other parties.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of contracts, amendments, and related documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contract alignment with business goals and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Experience - 1- 3yrs
- Bachelor's degree in law.
Preferred Location - Pune, Mumbai & Goa

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
