**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Consultation**: Educate customers to offerings, including foreign exchange, remittance, and travel cards, and suggest suitable solutions.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Maintain long-term customer relationships by providing timely follow-ups and assistance.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets by maximizing conversions from incoming leads.
- **Data Management**: Accurately record customer details and interactions in the CRM system to track leads and sales performance.
- **Cross-Selling & Upselling**: Identify opportunities to offer additional forex-related services and maximize revenue per customer.
- **Market Awareness**: Stay updated on currency exchange rates, forex regulations, and competitor offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth transaction processing and customer satisfaction.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- **Excellent Communication Skills** - Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage customers effectively.
- **Sales & Negotiation Skills** - Ability to persuade and convert leads into customers.
- **Proficiency in CRM Tools** - Experience with sales software and lead management tools is an advantage.
- **Target-Oriented Mindset** - Ability to work under pressure and meet/exceed sales targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
