- **Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted recruitment advisor.**:

- **Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients on the status of open positions.**

**4. Applicant Tracking and Documentation**:

- **Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition.**:
**6. Recruitment Process Improvement**:

- **Collaborate with the RPO team to continuously improve and streamline recruitment processes.**:

- **Suggest innovative solutions and implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.**

**7. Compliance and Ethical Practices**:

- **Adhere to all legal and ethical standards related to recruitment, data privacy, and equal employment opportunities.**

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).**:

- **Proven experience as a recruiter in an RPO or agency setting, handling various recruitment assignments simultaneously.**:

- **Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.**:

- **Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.**:

- **Understanding of various industries and job functions to recruit for diverse positions.**:

- **Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and recruitment best practices.**:

- **Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Certification in Human Resources or Recruitment.**:

- **Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.**
