Based in Bengaluru, this hybrid role allows for some work from home. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for graduate recruitment, consulting with clients, conducting interviews, and ensuring effective communication throughout the recruiting process.ResponsibilitiesFast Paced Recruitment ExperienceWork with Daily Submission Targets of 10-15 resumesDaily Interview Scheduling at least 10 interview with different panelsWork with various stakeholdersWork with ATS, AI tools in a fast paced environmentAbility to work and track weekend drivesQualificationsProficient Communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a hybrid environmentBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferredWhat we are not looking for?No passion for recruitmentNot ready to take initiativeNot able to manage time effectivelySenior recruiters who are not looking to actively recruit - this is not a managerial or lead role
