Senior Recruitment Consultant
to lead business development in the Indian market and deliver recruitment solutions across the APAC region.

Comaea Consulting is a trusted HR consulting firm with offices in Singapore, India, the UK, and Sweden. Our India office operation was started in 2022 and it is being developed as a strategic hub supporting recruitment projects across APAC, working closely with global clients and regional teams. We specialize in:
- Executive Search & Selection, powered by psychometric assessments
- Human Capital Consulting, including leadership development, executive coaching, and career outplacement
- Marine, Industrial, and Technology sector across Asia Pacific region
The Role:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Business development in the India market: Identifying and engaging with potential clients, pitching solutions, and nurturing long-term partnerships
- End-to-end recruitment delivery across the APAC region, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, psychometric assessments, client coordination, and placement
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients by offering strategic insights on talent acquisition and leadership fit
- Collaborating with our international offices on multi-country mandates
What We're Looking For:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related studies
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment (360° or client-facing roles), preferably in a consulting or search environment
- Strong business development skills with a track record of winning and managing clients
- Exposure to mid-to-senior-level hiring; experience with international or APAC recruitment is a plus
- Professional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Interest in using psychometric tools and structured assessment frameworks to guide hiring decisions
