Job Profile:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team in Mumbai. As a Telecalling Executive, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining communication with both new and existing parties. Your primary responsibilities will include making calls, following up on quotations, and ensuring effective communication with our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Outbound Calls:
Initiate and conduct outbound calls to new and existing parties.

Engage in professional and effective communication to promote our products/services.

Quotation Follow-Up:
Follow up on quotations sent to clients.

Address any queries or concerns the parties may have regarding the quotations.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication.

Provide excellent customer service to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Achieve Targets:
Meet and exceed monthly targets for calls made and quotations followed up.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, interactions, and quotations in the database.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and achieve common goals.

Provide valuable feedback and insights from client interactions to enhance our products/services.
