Tele Sales Executive
As a Tele Sales Executive at TESTRIQ QA LAB, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, engaging with potential clients to promote our software testing services.
**Role -** Tele Sales Executive

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Client Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce TESTRIQ QA LAB and its comprehensive range of software testing services.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Solution Presentation: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our software testing services, addressing client needs and challenges.
- Conduct virtual presentations to showcase our capabilities and tailor solutions to meet client requirements.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong client relationships through regular communication and understanding of their business objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and coordinate efforts for key accounts.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in software testing.
- Utilize market insights to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of client needs.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in tele sales within the IT industry, with a focus on software services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Familiarity with software testing concepts and practices is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a target-driven environment.
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
