**Brief Job Overview**
This is a non-supervisory position responsible for Travel Operations supporting multiple departments across USP-India as well as selected Global Sites. Primary responsibilities of this role will be to coordinate processing of travel requests raised by staff, Travel Tool Management and Support, Travel Vendor Management, coordinate with Security Team for onsite visitors, coordinate and manage onsite and external staff events, provide support for Global travel related activities as designated by Global Travel Manager.

The Travel Coordinator has the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling travel arrangements like hotel bookings, air tickets in domestic and international. transportation arrangements for domestic travels and local cabs.- Handles Cab Bookings for all Employees pickup and drop all units staff for their business travel.- Responsible to evaluate, negotiate and finalize vendors for Events.- Visa documentation support for the staff visiting to/from India.- Responsible to support all the educational seminars and conferences on site or off site and provide all the logístical support to the industry representatives.- Responsible for event management and provide all the logístical support to on-site workshops.- Additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor
**Who is USP Looking For?**-
- Five in (5) years of experience in the field in travel industry and handling corporate clients.
**Additional Desired Preferences**- Master of Business Administration- Completed IATA course from International Air Transport Association
