Job Description:

- Liaise with BE Lead _West on all BE Initiatives in the _territory._
- Implement Seasonal / Monthly directives and follow up on assortment deliveries with Retail Merchants
- Provide training to Store Managers and stylists to guarantee a clear direction
- Receive final store opening plans & provide VM floor set to retail operations for execution
- Follow up on VM executions on floor on a monthly basis and provide feedback to KAM’s and SOM’s.
- Follow up with vendors on the windows & components deliveries to store, based on BE direction
- Direct reports: None
- KPI’s:

- Store Productivity in terms of display density and drive higher sell-through rate through product presentation.
- On-time and quality execution of new campaigns and other BE initiatives
- SOP - Visual Merchandising standards for all the stores across the region
- VM Training to the front-end retail staff
- Annual Budget Under His/her Responsibility: Yes
- Travel Required (%): Local Travel (80%)
- Education:

- Diploma / Bachelors in Visual Merchandising | Fashion Design I Fashion Communication | Interior Design
- Experience:

- 4-5 year similar work experience in Visual Merchandising.
- Experience with fashion retail industry preferred.
- Understanding & Working knowledge of the Brand Experience, retail environment & store planning concepts
- use of graphic/design software is a preferred.

- Vendor management

- Communication & Reporting

Functional Competencies:

- BE initiatives & Retail concept implementation
- In-store retail support & Training.
- Should be a good team player in handling people across the functions

- Planning, organizing, controlling, and scheduling all the activities efficiently.
- Ability to work with different cultures and ability to travel.
