Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Visual Merchandiser Lead to drive the visual presentation and customer experience for AND and Global Desi across all retail formats.

  • Responsible for conceptualization and implementation of seasonal VM strategies aligned with brand identity and commercial objectives
  • Lead the design and execution of window and in-store displays across store formats and locations.
  • Ensure timely rollouts of visual themes during new launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Provide VM training for store teams to ensure correct execution and understanding of brand aesthetics.
  • Recommend improvements in store layout and display techniques to enhance customer experience.
  • Conduct regular VM audits to ensure adherence to brand standards.
  • Work closely with marketing and retail teams to translate campaign ideas into compelling visual stories at store level.
  • Work closely with the buying and merchandising teams to highlight key looks, trends, and focus products.
  • Stay updated with global fashion retail VM trends and bring innovative ideas to the table.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, or Fashion.
  • 8–12 years of experience in fashion retail VM, with strong exposure to women's western and fusion wear.
  • Proven experience in managing store rollouts and leading VM teams across regions.
  • Excellent eye for styling, colour coordination, and customer flow optimization.
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial impact.
