About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative visual merchandising professional to lead our retail stores across PAN India.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer preferences. They will be responsible for designing visually appealing product displays, leading store setup activities, and enhancing the customer experience.

Trends & Competitor Analysis

  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer preferences.
  • Recommend innovative and trend-forward visual merchandising ideas to keep us competitive.

Store Layout & Space Optimization

  • Strategically utilize store space to enhance product visibility and increase sales opportunities.
  • Evaluate and ensure store layouts support smooth navigation and an intuitive shopping experience.

Customer Experience Enhancement

  • Create displays that offer a seamless and inspiring shopping experience.
  • Highlight product features, craftsmanship, and value through engaging presentation.
  • Gather and incorporate customer feedback to continually enhance the visual merchandising experience.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Coordinate with store managers and sales teams to implement visual merchandising strategies and uphold brand standards.
  • Partner closely with the marketing team to synchronize in-store visuals with campaign timelines, media launches, and promotions.

Training & Guidance

  • Train and guide in-store staff on visual merchandising best practices and upkeep of displays.
  • Promote understanding of the correlation between effective visual merchandising and sales performance.

Performance Monitoring

  • Track and analyze the impact of visual merchandising efforts on footfall and sales metrics.
  • Prepare and present regular reports with insights, performance metrics, and areas of improvement.
