**Professional Experience**:
1. 5+ years of experience working as a Product Owner

2. Understanding of airline operations business domain

3. Understanding of business process in different areas of flight and crew operations

**Skill Set**:
1. Excellent Communication, Documentation and Presentation Skills

2. Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely

3. Experience in Requirements Specification, User Stories

4. Understanding Agile Ways of Working

5. Strong understanding of IT industry practices across development and implementation

**Responsibilities**:
1. Take the lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner

2. Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements

3. Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on

4. Maintain, prioritize and plan the product roadmap along with the Product Managers

5. Ensure quality of product releases going to customers

6. Backlog grooming including identification of dependencies and estimation

7. Own sprint planning and sprint reviews

8. Define sprint goals

9. Participate in sprint retro

10. Support Airline Consultants on Epic reviews/grooming & feasibility checks with Development / Technical squads

11. Be up to date on product capabilities and business processes

12. Keep product documents up to date

13. Support consultants on pre-sales activities

14. Continuous Business Trainings to Delivery Team

15. Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
