Junior Accounts Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain daily accounting records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and preparing financial reports.
- Support month-end and year-end accounting processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of documents.

**Requirements**:

- Have their own Laptop
- Minimum of **2 years of experience** in an accounting role.
- Proficiency in maintaining daily accounts and invoicing.
- Knowledge of **Tally** software is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel.
