**Job Role**

**Job Summary**
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media channels to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and propose innovative ideas to improve campaign performance.

**Desired Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing roles

**Desired Skills & Competencies**
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
