Job Designation: Showroom Sales

Job Location: Nashik

**Salary**: 15000-20000

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require a bachelor's degree for specialized products)

Experience: 2-3 years of experience required

Skillset:

- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with POS systems.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Customer Service**: Greet customers as they enter the showroom and assist them in finding products or answering questions.

**Product Knowledge**: Have a deep understanding of the products or services offered in the showroom. Provide detailed information, features, and benefits to customers.

**Sales**: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Recommend products or services that best meet their requirements and guide them through the buying process.

**Demonstrations**: Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to showcase the features and benefits of products, if applicable.

**Inventory Management**: Keep track of showroom inventory, restock shelves, and maintain a clean and organized sales environment.

**Sales Targets**: Work towards achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the company.

**Point of Sale (POS)**: Operate the cash register or POS system accurately for sales transactions, process payments, and issue receipts.

**Customer Follow-Up**: Follow up with customers after their visit to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns, and encourage repeat business.

**Product Returns and Exchanges**: Handle product returns or exchanges according to company policies and procedures.

**Merchandising**: Assist with product merchandising, including creating appealing displays and arranging products to attract customer attention.

**Documentation**: Maintain sales records, customer information, and other relevant documentation as required by the company.

**Product Training**: Stay updated on new product releases and industry trends through training provided by the company.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous retail sales experience is often preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the products or services being sold.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with POS systems.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
