Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our showroom. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to drive sales performance in a fast-paced environment. As the Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for managing the showroom team, ensuring a high standard of customer service, maintaining product displays, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management:
  • Lead and supervise a team of showroom staff, including sales associates and other personnel.
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure team members are meeting expectations and achieving personal and team sales goals.
  • Foster a positive and motivating environment, ensuring staff are knowledgeable and customer-focused.
  • Sales Performance:
  • Drive showroom sales by setting and monitoring individual and team sales goals.
  • Develop strategies to maximize showroom sales, including promotions, product displays, and customer engagement.
  • Analyze sales data and adjust strategies to achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Track customer preferences and buying behavior to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Product Knowledge & Display:
  • Ensure that all showroom displays are well-maintained, visually appealing, and properly stocked with current products.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products, their features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
  • Regularly update and rotate showroom displays to showcase new arrivals and promotions.
  • Inventory & Stock Management:
  • Oversee the inventory management of products in the showroom, ensuring stock levels are maintained and items are replenished as necessary.
  • Work closely with the inventory team to track product orders, deliveries, and returns.
  • Ensure accurate inventory records and report discrepancies or issues to senior management.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, attendance records, and performance data to senior management.
  • Handle cash management, including daily cash reconciliation, processing payments, and ensuring financial transactions are accurate.
  • Ensure the showroom adheres to company policies, health and safety regulations, and cleanliness standards.
  • Marketing and Promotions:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement showroom promotions, events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Promote special offers, discounts, and new products to customers.
  • Engage with social media and online platforms to promote the showroom and increase brand awareness.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is a plus.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in retail or showroom management, preferably in a related industry (e.g., home goods, furniture, automotive, or luxury products).
  • Skills:
  • Proven track record in sales and team management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
  • Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems, Microsoft Office, and showroom management software.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage inventory and oversee day-to-day showroom operations efficiently.

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
