**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and write CNC programs for **3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis** machines using **Siemens Sinumerik controls**.
- Set up and operate CNC machines during the first run to validate programs.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and models to define machining requirements.
- Optimize tool paths, feed rates, and spindle speeds for improved cycle times and tool life.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
- Perform simulations and dry runs to validate programs before production.
- Conduct program edits and revisions on the shop floor when necessary.
- Maintain documentation of CNC programs and setup sheets.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, preferably with **Siemens Sinumerik 828D/840D** controls.
- Proficient in CAD/CAM software (e.g., NX, Mastercam, SolidCAM, or similar).
- Solid understanding of G-code/M-code and post-processor configuration for Siemens.
- Familiarity with high-precision machining and GD&T principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
- Minimum **3-5 years of CNC programming experience**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with multi-axis machining and complex geometries.
- Familiarity with shop floor DNC systems and CNC networking.
- Knowledge of machining various materials including aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium.
- Associate’s or Technical degree in Manufacturing Technology, CNC Machining, or related field.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
