**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of products including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies according to recipes and standards.
- Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items to enhance the bakery’s offerings.
- Monitor the production process to ensure quality and consistency in all bakery items.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Maintain inventory and assist in ordering supplies to ensure all ingredients are fresh and available.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain an organized and efficient kitchen environment.
- Train and mentor junior staff members, aiding in their professional development.
- Participate in the creative aspects of bakery operations, including seasonal and special occasion items.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Baker/Pastry Chef.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef in a professional bakery or kitchen setting.
- Strong knowledge of bakery production processes and techniques.
- Familiarity with various baking equipment and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creativity in baking.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Culinary degree or relevant training is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
